6 Easy steps to make a Custom Header for your blog

using PicMonkey..

Here's the header I designed for my friend Jenny..

1) Go over to picmonkey.com and click on 'design'.

2) Click on 'custom canvas'.

3) Size at 1040 x 300 px.

4) Click on the butterfly icon in Basic edits. (this is the overlay feature) Click 'your own' - import your images from your computer files - resize them to fit. ( I also imported a label element from my files for the title.) You can change its color- or not..

5) Add your blog's title. Click on 'Tt' for text. Choose your font. Resize to fit label. You can add a tagline if you like.

6) Save it. Name it and save it as a png file.

Done. Now upload your custom header image to your blogs layout page.

Perfect Harmony Header

Here's a sweet header for the Perfect Harmony Background.. I'd like for you to make it your very own by adding your fav photo and your own blog title.. Just right click on the 'blank' one below, Save it to your computer, then take it over to lunapic and decorate to your hearts content.. Have fun with it.. (smiles)

Misty Rose...

Good  evening, I have a pretty 'Misty Rose' coloured blog wear set for you.. Striped and grungy, with an old postcard and a tattered piece of sheet music.. And a sweet little crown to top it off.. (grins)  Now, I want you to right click on this lovely header and 'Save' it in your files.. Open a new window and go to Lunapic.com , upload your saved image.. Choose the 600 x600 canvas size.. You now see your header image with a grey/white checkerboard background.. (just what you want) In the menu bar above it, move your curser over 'draw', and click on 'text tool'.. Now type in your text, choose your font,text size (to change your size, type it in then click on image to update) choose your colour, click and drag your text where you want it.. Now click 'Apply text'.. Scroll down a bit and click on 'Save to Your Computer'.. All that's left to do is upload your new header on your blog..  Hope you have as much fun with this project as I did making it for you..

Soo beautiful, my head is swiming with the colours and fragrance.. And we haven't a single rose in our garden..(sigh) A trip to the garden center for something in Pink and climbing in the next few days for me.. (smiles)
